It has excellent features as a calving pen.  You never have to get in the pen until the cow is confined.  You can confine the cow and still work with the calf in the pen.  Split sides have right and left accessibility, both for nursing and cesarean.

The unit comes with an optional A=25 For-Most Headgate.
